2026 KUMC Microbiome Symposium Workshop
Developed and delivered an interactive workshop and companion site for wet lab biologists with no prior data science background, translating complex analytical methods into accessible, hands-on learning materials. Includes accompanying talk recording.
View project →KU HPC Internal Partition User Site
Worked with small team to develop internal processes to reduce redundancy in content within on-premesis HPC system. Developed website to document shared tools and resources and assist new users with common processes.
View project →Documentation for the 16Sguild Pipeline for 16S rRNA Data Analysis
Collaboratively built documentation for the 16Sguild Nextflow pipeline I created for seamless analysis of multistep data in a reproducible manner, providing detailed instructions and examples for analyzing 16S rRNA sequencing data.
View docs →Link Functions Workbook
An interactive workbook exploring generalized linear model link functions: what they are, why they matter, and how to choose one.
View project →nf-core lore (nf-lore)
Created nf-core's community lore page during a global hackathon spanning hundreds of open-source contributors across six continents. Also led the first-ever Kansas City local hub at KUMC for the March 2026 hackathon, representing one of only four U.S. sites, bringing the international event to a local in-person community for the first time.
